The Empowered Woman

Today Nov. 25 is the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. This post is dedicated to every single women, especially the ones who have suffered violence. We must raise our voices to end violence against women…let’s spread the word. As bloggers we can do many things. If you are on online platforms that allow you to post status messages, for example, Facebook, online chat messengers, Twitter etc. Post a status message as a call to end violence against women. I wanted to share with you this little button that I found in photobucket to encourage you to put it on yours blogs, I already put the button on the left side of my blog. If you want to see more buttons about this, just click here. As bloggers we have the power to reach many people, so it’s very important to raice our voices when it comes to things like this. Here’s the little button I chose, just go here  and add it on your blog as a regular gadget.  I also found a very beautiful and inspiring poem for women, I hope you like it. Hoy Nov. 25 es el día internacional contra la violencia hacia la mujer. Este post esta dedicado a cada una de ustedes, especialmente a quienes han sufrido violencia alguna vez en su vida. Tenemos que alzar nuestra voz para detener la violencia contra las mujeres, pasemos el mensaje. Como bloggers podemos hacer muchas cosas. Si tienes cuentas en internet como facebook, twitter, messenger, etc. Pon en tu status algún mensaje relacionado a este dia. Quería compartir con ustedes un botón que encontré en photobucket para incentivarlas a ponerlo en sus blogs, si quieren mas modelos de este botón, solo vayan aqui Como bloggers tenemos el poder de llegar a mucha gente, por eso es importante levantar nuestra voz cuando se trata de temas como este que necesitan ser difundidos en diferentes foros. Aquí les dejo el botón que escogí, solo tienen que ir aqui y agregarlo a su blog como lo hacen con cualquier gadget. También encontré un hermoso e inspirador fragmento de un poema para la mujer, espero que les  guste. The Empowered Woman

"The Empowered Woman, she moves through the world

with a sense of confidence and grace. 

Her once reckless spirit now tempered by wisdom. 

Quietly, yet firmly, she speaks her truth without doubt or  hesitation 

and the life she leads is of her own creation. 

She now understands what it means to live and let live. 

How much to ask for herself and how much to give. 

She has a strong, yet generous heart 

and the inner beauty she emanates truly sets her apart"...

The Little Black Jacket

The little black jacket is a must have in our closets. I love how it evolves for every season. You can see different shapes, collars, embellishments, sleeves, shoulders, etc. I just love how each of these looks have a sophisticated touch because of these jackets.

El jacket negro se ha convertido en una pieza super necesaria en el closet. Me encanta como evoluciona con cada estación. Podemos ver diferentes formas, aplicaciones, cuellos, mangas, hombros, etc. A mi me encanta como los jackets le dan un toque sofisticado a cada uno de estos looks. Espero que estén teniendo un lindo fin de semana! ♥
